This juice is quite delicious! Contrary to the name this juice does not actually contain any watermelon, but you tell me if it does not taste just like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher.
Remember to always wash your food before juicing to get rid of any waxes, or better yet use organic or local produce to cut down on preservatives.
This juice recipe is a perfect amount for two 13oz glasses. (Or one big juice!)
Juice the following in a centrifugal or masticating juicer:
- 2 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 Anjou Pear
- 2 Kiwis
- 1 Handful of Strawberries
- 1 Cucumber
Juicing the cucumber or something else with a lot of water content after the Strawberries will help push through any excess juice in your juicer.
The juice will separate quickly due to the thickness of the pear & kiwis, so keep stirring as you drink for a more even taste. Or as it separates, the bottom layer tastes like a delicious watermelon syrup so take your pick!
*If separating juices are gross to you, then add a cup of ice and blend the juice up for a nice smoothie!*
